Services
We provide Virtual Assistant services, Travel Concierge planning, Lead Generation, and Business Support. Services may change or end without prior notice.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Communicate clearly about timelines and expectations
- Do not use our services for illegal or harmful activities
Payments
- Payment is due upfront for all services
- Subscriptions are billed bi-monthly and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Travel services may include fees and commissions
Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are handled case by case
- Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for abusive or non-compliant behavior.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States.
